Carolyn Smyth, Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, is a licensed acupuncturist and owner of south park natural medicine and Warrior Within Wellness. She holds both MS and DACM degrees in the field of Chinese Medicine. 

With an extensive background in counseling and community organizing, she also holds an MA in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego and has held several positions on local nonprofit boards.

She believes that you can cultivate the body’s innate power to heal itself through food, mindfulness and Chinese Medicine. Wellness is a journey and lifelong practice. Each moment offers us a new opportunity to choose health.

Her vision is to build a community of individuals who recognize the interconnectedness of a healthy mind, body and spirit. Healthy individuals become healthy leaders who create lasting personal, community and social change and a sustainable future for generations to come. Her mission is to transform our community one mind, one body and one warrior at a time.
